Merchandise offered through the Site is only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and the U.S., which are served by CHOCOSINA’s delivery service of choice. Shipping addresses must be valid Canadian or U.S. addresses – except Chocosina does not ship to post office boxes. For shipping outside of Canada and the U.S., please contact CHOCOSINA directly by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery to you of merchandise purchased through the Site. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All merchandise purchased is intended for consumption in Canada. If, however, you decide to take merchandise to another country, you will be responsible for adhering to both the export legislation of Canada and the import legislation of the destination country. CHOCOSINA shall not be liable.
We generally ship out all orders within 1-3 business days when inventory is on hand. The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on where you are located and what type of shipping method you select.
Please note that estimated delivery times do not apply to the following locations: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and air stage postal codes. The delivery times are estimates only and CHOCOSINA will not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery. If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive each item individually, on different dates.
Once the transaction is completed, we will email you with a tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times. Please email email@example.com if you do not receive your tracking number.
All sales are final. For purchases made through the Site, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise in its original packaging and condition within 15 days of receipt. Please note that all refunds will be issued in the form of an in-store credit only and will not be credited to your original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned by registered mail or in person at any CHOCOSINA store, unopened, sealed and in its original packaging. CHOCOSINA reserves the right not to return merchandise which, in its sole discretion, does not satisfy the return criteria. Returns of merchandise will be for a value equal to the sale price of the merchandise returned, including applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please allow 3 to 15 business days following receipt of returned merchandise by CHOCOSINA for the in-store credit to be issued.
Any merchandise affected by uncontrolled or bad weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, snow, storms, tornados, hurricanes, etc...shall not be liable to CHOCOSINA.
Please note that all discounted merchandise, Gift Cards and customized merchandise are final sales. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
In order to return an order by registered mail, you must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA and explain the reasons for your request. Items received by CHOCOSINA without an RMA will not be credited or returned. A taxable mandatory return fee of $5 covering the cost of processing and restocking the item will be automatically charged to the in-store credit issued to you for the value of your refund.
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly Contact Us with details of the product and the defect, and you will receive instructions from us. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund (which will be issued in the form of an in-store credit) as a result of such alleged defect.
